Two Editorials for a University Student's magazine



Above: A full page illustration for choices a young adult makes in their life.
Below: A Smaller illustration, for the same article - with a little more experimenting with textures, I like it more, but would be a little risky to do it to a bigger image like above, but some practise will hopefully lead me to better outcomes.

MH370 - Rethinking Black boxes Editorial Practise.

Despite this article been obsolete regarding the situation of the plane, what stays true is the fact how difficult it is to track the plane, with all the mobile phones the passengers had, it really begs the question why they were not checked, now it's too late to check them it seems, but there might be previous location data regarding where it was before the phone battery died.

Madness of crowds: Will Self visits Las Vegas. Editorial






I focused more on the fading of vegas, using transparency and mirage, and made it desolate, this idea could've also worked in a casino, but the desert was my choice.
